ON THE SHELF SPARE PARTS and Rivet Tools
"Surprise things" always happen on weekends or at the worst times when we are trying to cut dry hay, mow slopes and pond banks or finish a job.
Carver EZ Rivet Tool
As per customer's request, we are now stocking and shipping the EZ Rivet Tool and replacement parts. We started selling the tool in 1959 to our many Gleaner Combine owners. They loved it and considered it to be a "must have" tool. Our sickle bar mowers customer are loving it now as well.
The special heavy duty tool, is not perfect in every situation but really does take much of the hard work and all the hammering, chiseling, torch and anvil work out of replacing sickle blade rivets. Often times you can replace rivets without completely removing the knife bar from the mowing machine. You may still have to use a portable grinder to smooth down surfaces in some applications and heavy hammer and flat punch to tighten the brad on some of the countersunk headed rivets.

NC buyers without farm exemption certificate must add 7.75% sales tax.
When you provide ship to address with zip code, we'll email a firm delivered price quotation. After payments are complete, buyers have the option to privately arrange tiller to their location with pickup at the warehouse on week days 8:45 AM - 4:00 PM.
Our warehouse team will carefully load the tiller crate on your trailer or pickup truck bed with a forklift. The warehouse does not handle any payments. Tillers are shipped in wood crate. Light assembly and adjustment are required. Detailed, easy to read instructions are included within the operator/parts manual.
