ASSEMBLY / SHIPPING / DELIVERY DETAILS

Our 41 years experience in preparing equipment for delivery and advance planning with the customers has taught us how to make deliveries "a piece of cake" for you.

We really do want you to be 100% satisfied with your equipment and to be happy from the first day it arrives at your home, ranch or farm.

The quality of assembly, pre-delivery test and adjustments are the single most important "key" to long-term customer satisfaction. Care for excellence by well trained and experience dealer service personnel during assembly and pre-delivery testing usually eliminate premature service problems and reoccurring warranty and service problems caused by hurried assembly with little attention to detail.

Costs of packaging, loading, transporting is all included in the "packaged price" along with the actual equipment and options cost.

In North Carolina, and at most deliveries in Virginia and South Carolina and on other special occasions we deliver with our trucks and local contract hauler vehicles. These vehicles are able to place the equipment on the ground at your location.

We handle all the arrangements and payments to the trucking company.

Long distance shipments are usually made on 18 wheeler type trucks with long flat bed trailers, you should be thinking about a nearby location (business / farm) where THE DRIVER can back
up to the a ramp or dock. The driver will untie the tractor and make it available for your close inspection and notes. After you make inspection-- note any and all concerns, sign the Bill of
Lading and make sure you keep a good copy for our records. It is actually your responsibility to remove your tractor from the trailer. The driver's responsibility was to deliver it in excellent
condition, untie it and give you clear space to drive it off. We have always been told that the drivers are helpful and courteous and offer their full assistance.

If you do not have any options near your home for a ramp or dock, our customers have always been able to have a local service station of automotive wrecker type ROLL BACK TRUCK to use as a ramp. The little local "roll back truck" backs up to the big flat bed trailer. The roll back operator will then pull the trailer on to his level rollback bed. Drive the roll back truck forward.  Lower his rollback bed to the gowned. Allow you tractor to roll down his bed onto the ground.  THEN IT'S DONE. In most communities, this service usually cost around $50. Sometimes, the customer will just have the 18 wheeler go to the local service station where you trade and have the rollback owner unload the tractor there, then just drive the tractor back home.

Shipping and delivery has never become a "problem" -- it just requires advance thinking/planning about the options. Advance planning should be done to avoid delays for the hauler.

All transporters have approved permits, cargo insurance and experience.

Plenty of advance notice of expected arrival time would be given to the purchaser.
