First Choice Warranty

  • 01- MATERIAL
    One year on Material to end users doing private homeowner - farmer work.

    • 90 days to commercial users.
      In both cases, abuse and modifications void warranty.
      Normal wear items are exempt ( blades, belts, tines etc ).

    • 02- LABOR:  No reimbursement.

    • 03- MILES:  No mileage compensation for either the dealer or the enduser.

    • 04- LUBRICANTS, CLEANING:  No reimbursement.
IN ADDITION TO THIS and referring to all the other products hereafter:

Carver Equip. will stand behind the implements as well.

Carver will refund the actual implement purchase price to you if you desire to return it to us within ten days after your receipt of the implement.  Provided said item is returned to us freight prepaid.

NOT COVERED, or refundable-> Freight (to/from), service, repair labor, oils, seals, communication, downtime, replacement rental cost ARE NOT COVERED BY this warranty offer.
