TILLER, AERATOR, unassembled in the box...
One shopper said on the Internet->
I bought two-First Choice items in unassembled form, an aerator and a
tiller.
The aerator was no big deal to assemble, you just bolt on the mounting
hardware.
The tiller had less mounting hardware than the aerator, and I'd guess you
could get it attached in 10 minutes.
Depending on your tractor you might have to chop off a bit of the PTO shaft
(I did).
It does take some time raising and lowering the tiller till you get
confident enough to attack it with a hacksaw.
Adding oil to the right level is easy.
I wouldn't pay much to have a dealer assemble these for me (and I'd pay
even less to have them assemble a boxblade).

Very good info. I agree-> the finishing mower is a pain to assemble out of
the box. We will use your advice and advise shoppers accordingly and offer
an assembly service up-charge for and additional $50. During the sale
period. This may cause approx. one week delay in ship time. The other
implements are a whole different story. Usually very little work required
to assemble the hitch tower and maybe a little more.
FIRST CHOICE FINISHING MOWER, unassembled in the box... SAVE $50.00

I never seen so many parts!
I paid a little more for my mower but it was worth it to know the machine
was properly assembled and had the right lubricants at the correct level
etc. When I bought my FC finish mower, I watched the guys in the
dealership shop assembling FC Finish mowers. They said it took 1 man 4-5
hours with the right tools to assemble a mower like this.
The shop foreman said thier dealership had it down to 2 hours after
assembling over 100 machines.
