PAYMENT POLICY.

It is  a straight forward way to do business IE->

  • A customer purchases a product.
    The product is, then, THE CUSTOMER'S PROPERTY. Plain and simple.
    If it is financed with a credit company, the credit company has a lien on the PURCHASER'S PROPERTY.

  • We are PAID IN FULL before a product leaves our location.  Either the purchaser has paid in full for it with their check or wire sent to us ... or the CREDIT CO. has paid the portion financed on behalf of the purchaser.  Whether it is financed or not, IT'S ALL PAID before the products leaves here.

  • We provide the product as agreed, the manufactures have authorized us to do business on their behalf as well.

  • The customers pays the bill for the products and carries it home. If they request a truck to carry it home for them, the customer pays to have THEIR PROPERTY transported to the location they select.
     

  • Once the property leaves our dock, our insurance coverage stops and the coverage provided by the transporter protects the customers property.
     

  • When the property is delivered to the purchaser, they should unload the property, and note any damages that the transporter may a have caused to their bought and paid for property.

    We are happy to assist the customer with any and all issues, however the property BELONGS to the purchaser and they should act accordingly.

    If a shopper does not feel comfortable with this straight forward arrangement, they should do not proceed with a transaction.  Purchases should feel real good about the arrangement and relationship established with the seller.

    Shoppers should beware.  Any firm offering anything different from the process described above should be quizzed as to what are actually offering and require that they PUT IT IN WRITING.
    Make sure that an officer of the company signs it and all special considerations you want are spelled out in detail.
